Shipping is a low $6.95 flat rate within the Continental United States, no matter how many items you order!
We ship via reliable FedEx Standard Ground service within the 48 connecting states.
Orders for Alaska, Hawaii, P.R. and U.S. Territories:
add $10.00 to the shipping cost.
INTERNATIONAL:
For orders OUTSIDE THE USA, the international shipping fee is based upon the total number of items purchased, and your country.
The above fees are calculated upon checkout.
We ship international via US Postal Service International Mail.
SHIPPING CARRIERS:
We ship FedEx
Standard Ground (approx 3-5 business days transit time) for
United States orders, and the
US Postal Service (3-14 business
days) for International Orders.
TRACKING:
USA Orders: Your package will have a tracking number
which will be emailed to you at the time the label is created for
shipment. You will be able to track the package on the respective
carrier's website by the next business day after you
receive your tracking number.

PO BOXES: Sorry, but FedEx cannot deliver
to PO Boxes. Additionally, PO Boxes are limited in size-The USPS
delivers packages 11" x 14" and smaller to a P.O. Box.
WEEKENDS: Please be aware that FedEx does
not deliver on Sunday. FedEx will attempt a Saturday delivery
for Home Delivery.
RETURNS
We will gladly accept a return for exchange or refund within fourteen (14) days from date of purchase. Your bag must be UNUSED, and be in the same condition as when you received it. (Shipping fees are not refunded)
1. To return your item(s), please pack it in the original box and packaging. Include a copy of your invoice or packing slip that was included with your shipment.
2.- Be sure to specify the reason for the return, and what action you would like us to take: Free Replacement or Refund. MyBootyBags.com may be unable to process returns received without this receipt or a written explanation of the reason for the return with the order number. Items returned damaged without proper packaging will not be credited.
3.- Bring the box to your local Post Office, or UPS Store, and have it shipped back to us, with tracking and insurance for the full amount of value.
